Project Overview

Managing finances can be a complex and time-consuming task for individuals and small businesses. Tasks like generating invoices, tracking expenses, and accepting online payments are often spread across various platforms, leading to confusion and inefficiency.

This is where SimpleBks comes in. Our mission is to simplify financial management by providing an all-in-one solution that streamlines invoicing, receipt generation, and expense tracking. SimpleBks offers an intuitive, easy-to-use platform that empowers users to manage their finances seamlessly, reducing the complexity and hassle of handling multiple tools.

My Role/ Team**:**

I led the design experience for the B2B experience. Working with a PM, Designers and Stakeholders.

During the period of this project, I performed the following activities:

1. Continued the Revamped version of the design after several iterations and approval from the client.
2. Supervised a junior colleague by providing guidance, and support and making sure her contributions aligned to the project’s goals.
3. Prototyping the design. This was to give room for feedback and adjustment before the product was shipped to development.
